Collection pieces can be returned within 7 days of delivery, unworn and in their original packaging. Return shipping is arranged and paid for by the customer, who is responsible for choosing a safe, trackable shipping method. Artyfact is not liable for items lost or damaged in return transit, and no credit will be issued if a returned piece does not arrive back in its original, unworn condition. Approved returns are issued as store credit only.

This spoon is intended for normal, daily use.
Never bend the spoon or put it in the dishwasher. Wash the spoon by hand using only water and dry it with a soft towel. Only store the spoon completely dry.

All Artyfact pieces are handcrafted in 925 sterling silver and will naturally develop a patina over time. To preserve their finish, store jewellery in the original Artyfact box provided, away from moisture and sunlight. A soft polishing cloth is included with every order and should be used for gentle cleaning when tarnish appears.
