Shipping

- The core collection is made to order, please allow 7-28 days to handcraft your jewellery unless stated otherwise

- One of a kind pieces are ready for shipment, after receiving your order we will sent them in 1-3 business days

- You have the option to pick up your package in Antwerp. You will see this option when you enter your delivery details at check-out. Select "FREE Antwerp pick-up (on appointment)". When your order is ready I will contact you through email to set up a time and place. Please make sure that you enter the right e-mail address

- Shipping costs depend on the country of destination and are calculated before check-out

- Shipping times depend on the country of destination.

- Rush orders may be possible in some situations, please keep in mind that additional costs may be charged. Feel free to contact me at natalia@artyfact.design

- Import taxes specific to your country may apply upon receipt of the package, and these charges are the responsibility of the buyer

- Please ensure that the shipping address provided is accurate during checkout. If you notice any errors after placing your order, please contact me at natalia@artyfact.design promptly. Changes can be made if the package has not yet been dispatched

- Artyfact is not responsible for delays, loss, or damage once the package has been handed over to the shipping provider. For issues, please contact the carrier directly.

Returns

Collection can be returned within 7 days of delivery, unworn and in their original packaging. Return shipping is arranged and paid for by the customer, who is responsible for choosing a safe, trackable shipping method. Artyfact is not liable for items lost or damaged in return transit, and no credit will be issued if a returned piece does not arrive back in its original, unworn condition.

Approved returns are issued as store credit only. We do not offer cash refunds.

Custom pieces are made specifically for you and cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded under any circumstances.
