Collection pieces can be returned within 7 days of delivery, unworn and in their original packaging. Return shipping is arranged and paid for by the customer, who is responsible for choosing a safe, trackable shipping method. Artyfact is not liable for items lost or damaged in return transit, and no credit will be issued if a returned piece does not arrive back in its original, unworn condition. Approved returns are issued as store credit only.

All Artyfact pieces are handcrafted in 925 sterling silver and will naturally develop a patina over time. To preserve their finish, store jewellery in the original Artyfact box provided, away from moisture and sunlight. A soft polishing cloth is included with every order and should be used for gentle cleaning when tarnish appears.

Avoid contact with perfumes, lotions, hairspray, chlorine, or other chemicals, as these may damage the surface. Remove jewellery before bathing, swimming, or exercising. Do not use ultrasonic cleaners or commercial polishes.

In addition to the above: pearls are organic and especially delicate. Keep away from acids, cosmetics, and direct heat. Always store separately from harder jewellery to avoid scratching. Wipe gently with a soft cloth after wearing. Never expose pearls to silver cleaning products or ultrasonic cleaners. Malachite is a porous stone that can be harmed by acids, water, and sunlight. Do not submerge, expose to heat, or clean with chemicals. Use a dry, soft cloth only. Store in the Artyfact box provided, away from direct light.
